Privacy Policy

This policy explains what The Hub collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written for the closed beta and will be updated as the product grows.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address, name, plan, and access status. Sign-in uses one-time email codes; we store only a hashed form of each code, never a password.
- Profile data you provide — display name, brokerage, licence number, phone, photo and logo. These appear on documents you generate and on your directory profile.
- Your work product — client briefs, saved views, snapshots, notes, and reports you create, stored against your account so only you (and people you deliberately share with) can see them.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, sign-in timestamps, and the IP address of requests. Used for security (rate limiting, abuse prevention), support, and improving the product.
- Error diagnostics — crash and error reports (via Sentry) that may include technical request context.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not show your client work to other brokers. Public market figures in the Hub come from data published by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) and other sources — they are about properties and transactions, not about you.
Where data lives
The Hub runs on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Upstash (rate limiting and caching), Resend (sign-in code emails), and Sentry (error monitoring). These processors store data on infrastructure that may be located outside the UAE; we configure them to the minimum data needed to run the service.
Sharing you control
When you create a share link, the shared document (and your professional contact card on it) becomes readable by anyone holding the link until it expires or you revoke it. Treat share links like the documents themselves.
Retention and deletion
Account and work-product data is kept while your account is active. Sign-in codes expire within minutes; audit and security logs are kept for as long as needed for security purposes. To delete your account and associated data, email us — we will action verified requests within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or security reasons.
Your rights
Subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
We will flag material changes to this policy in-product. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
